Thank you for visiting the timetable page, times and days are subject to change especially during holiday periods so please call for up to date times, however, please find below the times and age groups that are relevant for those classes.
Senior Kickboxing/Fitness class Monday-Wednesday-Friday 9.30am-10.30am
This class is a brilliant workout mostly done to high energy music. We specialise in technique, focus and commitment from the student, the main age group is from 20 years of age up to about 50. We have all levels of fitness categories and all levels of grades attending, there is an option to take your training to another level with a structured grading system which means that the coveted Black Belt is achievable to all!! Senior Kickboxing/Fitness class for beginners Tuesday-Thursday 9.30am-10.30am
This is a BRAND NEW class for pure beginners and is a great start to any new exercise regime! The Monday-Wednesday-Friday morning class is now full so all new enquiries are being placed in this class. If you do wish to train three times a week with us we will put you on a waiting list until a place comes available.
Little Ninjas (from the age of 4-7 years) Monday-Wednesday-Friday 4.30pm-5.15pm
This is a basic introduction class for our little ninjas, its a fun and fab workout for the younger boys and girls, lots of fun!
Samurai Class (from the age of 7-12 years) Monday-Wednesday-Friday 5.15pm-6pm
This is a wonderful class for the more serious child, its a big step up from the little Ninjas.
Senior Kickboxing/Fitness Monday-Wednesday-Friday 6.30pm-7.30am
This is a further step up from the Samurai class, if we feel that the child is progressing at a faster rate than the other children in the class or if they have a growth spurt and dont fit in with the younger children we will try them in this class for a short period to see how they cope. There are also seniors in this class up to the age of 3o plus. This class is structured to develop fitness and stamina but also to allow the student to progress with a structured syllabus in place to achieve the coveted Black belt.
