   I like the rolling curriculum – its similar to the way we play things but more structured.

   Wish half my male students could punch like the girls in your video! : )

   Thanks Gary, my students work extremely hard and it has been a challenge to get them to an acceptable level where they look and work like any other Martial Artist involved in our industry…testimony to their effort and perseverance!!
