At Kudo Academies we are always on the look out for talented instructors who can either work full or part time, please find below our current requirements:

We are currently looking to recruit a Part Time Fitness/Martial Arts Instructor.

The successful applicants must be experienced in either the fitness industry or the martial arts world, beneficial experience in either Tao-Bo, boxercise, personal training or any martial arts would be a bonus.

We are looking for someone who can work with children and adults to operate new fitness classes with a KickBox-Fit spin to it, you will be responsible for organising class structures, teaching, meeting and greeting new clients and general administration tasks.

I am looking for someone who can have fun while teaching and letting everyone know that they are!! You must be bubbly, approachable, friendly, great with kids and adults, hold authority but not in a condescending sort of way.

This is a BRAND new project and FULL training will be given, you MUST have personality and a desire to achieve, if you just want to come in do your job and GO HOME this is definitely NOT for you, you NEED to be committed to enhance the lives of your students/clients, you will be expected to have knowledge and be able to research new and advanced ways of training people, if your a plodder..PLOD on!

Ok, the serious stuff..MONEY! I have found in the past that most trainers want it easy, turn up, do what they have to do (not what they NEED to do) and bugger off and go home, I mean what does it matter, they are guaranteed a wage. I am happy to talk wages for the right Instructor but you will have to prove to me that you want it…REALLY want it and are worth what you want but I prefer profit share, this way its like having your own business and actually getting out and something about building YOUR business up, not just sitting back and waiting for the phone to ring!! I am not a greedy person and if the classes are going well then we split the profit more in your favour…if your prepared to get your backside out and about to do something worthwhile then I will reward that.

I am also happy to pay an hourly rate and do profit share for the RIGHT instructor, we can discuss a suitable hourly rate and a share rate that we will both be happy with.

I am also looking for instructors who specialise in Yoga, Gymnastics, Pilates, Dance or anything else related to the fitness industry to utilise the facilities we have at Kudo, I would be more than happy to work with you as above on a profit share basis or pay a wage if you where an already established professional who had a client base.
