- 26 years training, coaching and competing.
- 5th Dan Ju Jitsu.
- 4th Dan Kickboxing.
- Founded Kudo Academies in 1999.
- Chief Instructor of “Kudo Martial Arts Academy” UK 1999-2008.
- Director of Coaching Kudo Martial Arts Academy Spain 2008-Present.
- Member of the Great British World Ju Jitsu Team (1987-1992).
- Competed and demonstrated in the Pasque del budo, Italy on three occasions.
- Travelled extensively worldwide competing and demonstrating as part of the British team, the most memorable was to Mauritius. There to promote martial arts and had meetings with the High commissioner for the UK.
- Appeared in several martial arts publications including Front cover of Going for Black Belt by Tony Gummerson, The Martial Arts Coaching Manual by David Mitchell, Self Defence in Action by Robert Clark and Banzai magazine.
- Appeared in several DVD`s by Robert Clark in his very successful White Belt to Black Belt series.
- Personal student of Alan Campbell, National Coach of the World Ju Jitsu Federation Australia.
- Trained under Japanese Masters including Soke Tanaka, Soke Inoue, 18th and 19th Grandmasters, Soke Yosumoto, receiving Soke Yosumoto`s personal Black belt, which was a great honour.
